About the YRBS
The Youth Risk Behavior Survey was developed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The questionnaire asks about the risk behaviors linked to the most common causes of death and disability among adolescents (such as drinking and driving) as well as behaviors linked to the development of chronic disease in adults (such as smoking).
